Everclear Maintenance Solutions (EMS) provides architectural maintenance contract services to the commercial real estate community. Primarily focused on providing recurring window cleaning and pressure washing services, as well as the restoration of damaged glass, the nature of much of our work requires a comprehensive understanding of and compliance with the latest rules and regulations governing access equipment and techniques.
